1. Opening circle (10 min)
Big circle: How do you feel now, what happened to you during the last week?
2. Move if it is true about you! (10 perc)
Participants stand in a big circle and follow the the facilitator’s instructions.
If you have sibling, jump three times!
If you have a pet, take a bow!
If you like cooking, turn around three times!
If you like singing, give high five to both people next to you!
If you enjoy tree climbing, make three squats!
If you have every copied your classmate’s homework, clap three times!
If you have ever been on a bike trip, draw three circles with your arms!
If there is enough time, participants can act as facilitators.
3. Who I am? (25 min) – tablets, smartphones
Participants work in pairs. They tell detailed information about themselves to their partners, who takes notes. They can use the tablets and smartphones to check which day of the week they were born on and whether something historically interesting also happened on that day. The faciliiator asks where they can day check if they are not sure about their birthday (student ID).
The partners present each other. They can look at their notes, but they should try to remember as much as they can.
4. Business cards (10 perc) – pieces of pasteboard
The facilitator initiates a discussion about what kind of information is included on a business card.
(name, title, position, postal address, phone number, email address, company name, logo)
Participants create their own business card. One side should show their present identity, the other how they imagine themselves in 20 years.
5. Closing circle (5 min)
What are you taking away from this workshop? What was the best/ most difficult?
